Horizon – Salaries and Personnel Management
Description
Horizon is an integrated software system for automation of salaries calculation, shift schedules preparation and processing activities, as well as for maintaining of company employees personal files. The system is multy-company and works in real-time with an unified data base. This allows users to use one or many of the system fuctionalities without having a negative impact on the information cpmleteness. The product is sucessfuly integrated in small and midsize companies as well as in large retail chains and holding structures. The system operates based on MSSQL, what implies information reliability and continuos safety.
The system consists of three modules which can work individually or integrated:

• The product meets all legal requirements of the Bulgarian legislation related to calculation of salaries;

Functionality:
Salaries and wages
• Possibility the user to reflect changes in wages, in distribution of target rewarding, incentives, indexation and compensations retroactively;
• Possibility to define an unlimited number of templates for accruals or deductions according to the preset user conditions;
• Possibility for tracking the performed settings, calculations and procedures through data history recording;
• Behind each amount on the salary slip there is an algorithm explained in colloquial form which helps the user to check the specific parameter;
• Possibility to allocate the wage funds by projects, where the used criteria is the amount of hours entered for each project;
• Obtaining information for the allocation of employers gross income and expenses by projects;
• Automatic charging of amounts for night, public holiday and extraordinary work according to the real worked out time based on an actual schedule;
• Generating salary slips with possibility to sent them by e-mail directly to the eployees;
• Mass accruals – salaries, bonuses, deductions;
• Bank transfers to personal accounts and to the budget. Export files to all banks in the country;

Human Resources Management
