To keep abreast with the times and trends in the field of trade, we have introduced the first in Bulgaria terminal for self-service on filling stations in order to offer not only a quick, easy and qualitative service for your customers but also to facilitate you in offering fuels by helping you to optimize the expenses – implementing such equipment helps saving maintenance cost.  The built-in functionality even makes the traditional facility redundant, supposed a complete automated fuel station is built.

The self-service terminal repeals the need for attendance of employees at the retail facility due to the functionality of providing to customers the ability to execute the complete cycle of the retail operation by themselves – prepayment of an amount, filling the prepaid quantity, receiving all fiscal documents according to the Bulgarian legislation and receiving the change.

Service algorithm 

• Choice of filling pump;

• Choice of payment method – cash, by card etc.

• Entering  the amount for which to fill fuel; 

• Perform a deposit through the selected payment method;

• Print a deposit receipt from the terminal with the attributes: transactional barcode, date and time, amount, type of fuel, quantity;

• Filling the prepaid quantity;

• Scan transaction receipt for receiving change and fiscal receipt.

Main characteristics

The self-service device has successfully passed all tests of the Bulgarian Institute for Metrology and the National Revenue Agency for compliance with Regulation H-18 of the Ministry of Finance from 13.12.2006 and is successful certified for working on filling stations as Fiscal Memory Electronic System with Certificate No. 159FS/24.11.2014.
